Have five+ years professional experience as an ArchitectĪ keen interest in buildings and the built environmentĮxcellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionalsĪn understanding of the relationship between people, buildings and the wider environmentĬhartership (you are an associate member of CIAT or RIBA) or have chartered membership with CIAT or RIBAĭiscuss the objectives, requirements and budgets of projects Support with the development of a team business plan linked to the practices strategic business planĬultivate new business clients and retain existing clients Lead and co-ordinate the project design team at all stages of projectsĪssist with leading the Architectural team strategy for the business React and resolve issues which arise during the predesign/design/construction/post-construction stages of a project
